The pizzeria is also active in the evening. La Mia Sicilia welcomes you in the two air-conditioned internal rooms and the sizeable external veranda directly overlooking the baroque of the main street of Palazzolo Acreide. La Mia Sicilia is a typical Sicilian trattoria where the succession of the seasons is respected to rediscover the products, the flavours and the aromas of the territory and cooked according to tradition. The search for raw materials is always constant, keeping our products at the forefront, such as ancient grains, meat exclusively from the family business, lamb, Hyblaean pigs, and our local calves still raised on pasture. The fish is also the protagonist, this too cooked respecting seasonality and traditional recipes. Sicilian and national wines and desserts complete the proposal of the Palazzolo restaurant. Among the house specialities is the locust bean flour tagliatelle with a spicy, bitter-sweet flavour, seasoned with a stew of Hyblean suckling pig in Nero d'Avola. It is a vibrant first course that leaves unforgettable memories—homemade ricotta ravioli, like all our pasta shapes. The meats exclusively from the family business, the lamb, the Hyblaean pig, and our local calves are still raised in the pasture. In the summer, fish is also the protagonist; this is cooked, respecting the Sicilian nature of seafood recipes.
